Air Pros Dallas Plumbing, LLC is actively seeking a dedicated HVAC Maintenance Specialist to enhance our service team.

YOUR ROLE

As an HVAC Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for the sales, upkeep, and repair of various air quality systems for both residential and commercial clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Promoting and selling new HVAC units
  • Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues on equipment
  • Conducting warranty services
  • Performing emergency repairs efficiently

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC service and repair
  • Valid EPA Certification

  • Skilled in inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC electrical components while following eco-friendly practices
  • Experience in reviewing historical repair records to develop effective inspection schedules
  • Strong communication skills with clients
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and participate in workshops for new HVAC developments
  • Highly organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Team-oriented with exceptional communication skills
  • Possession of necessary tools
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
