We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides/Certified Nursing Assistants. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

About the Role

As a Home Health Aide/Certified Nursing Assistant, you will provide high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engagement: participating in activities such as walks, outings, games, crafts, meal preparation, grocery shopping, and conversation
  • Light House Keeping: performing tasks such as laundry, vacuuming, dishes, dusting, trash removal, and checking mail
  • Personal Care: assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Medication and appointment reminders
  • Assisting with transportation to doctor's appointments
What We Offer

We offer a competitive wage starting at $16/hr. (HHA) and (CNA) and short shifts up to $20/hr. Additionally, we provide:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation every single day
  • Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
  • Available to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home environment (minimum of 1 year)
  • Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
  • Supportive and compassionate
  • High School Diploma or equivalent/Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program
  • Take pride in providing high-quality care
  • Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to client)
