About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a member of our personal care and companionship team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home.
  • Follow a written plan of care by a registered nurse to ensure high-quality care.
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care.
  • Provide household support, including light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with ambulation, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices.
  • Remind clients of medication schedules and provide emotional support.
Requirements
  • Minimum one year work experience in any job.
  • Current HHA - Home Health Aide certificate or CNA License.
  • Current CPR certificate.
  • AHCA Clearance.
  • A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others.
