Key Responsibilities
  1. Schedule appointments, provide cost estimates, and collect patient financial responsibility.
  2. Coordinate doctor schedules and communications with patients and referring offices.
  3. Develop treatment plans from diagnosis and effectively communicate options to patients.
  4. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of customer service experience required.
  • Medical or dental experience preferred.
