We are seeking a highly skilled Process Design Specialist to join our team at Katalyst Healthcares & Life Sciences. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and improving our IT processes to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with IT process owners to document and improve processes, including process flows, RACI charts, and glossary definitions.
- Facilitate process workflow sessions and provide consultation on process design and RACI document creation.
- Assist teams in process gap analysis and advise on change management recommendations for Day 1 readiness.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement process improvements.
- 2+ years of experience in process management, design, architecture, and process improvement.
- Experience with RACI and process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma/Lean.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present to various teams and leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
