Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team in East Englewood, CO. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for customer-facing interfaces and back-end services.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to validate requirements and drive improvement plans for non-compliance.
  • Design and implement custom dashboards in New Relic to provide a holistic view of the system's operational health.
  • Improve system performance, quality, and reliability, and drive innovation to meet customer needs.
  • Provide primary operational support and engineering for multiple large, distributed software applications.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • 2 years of experience with AWS cloud services, Kubernetes, and performance management tools.
  • Proficiency in Go, Java, C/C++, Ruby, React Native, and JavaScript.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000.00/Year - $160,000.00/Year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a pre-employment criminal background check, which may include a drug test.
