Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough assessments of IT assets.
  • Compiling and organizing inventory data into clear metrics for leadership presentations.
  • Performing administrative tasks including document preparation and management using Windows-based applications.
  • Handling communications through various channels.
  • Executing general clerical functions such as:
    • Document creation and editing.
    • Typing correspondence and preparing diverse documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Updating forms, proofreading, and maintaining filing systems.
    • Assisting the Program Manager in preparing and delivering reports.
    • Keeping track of customer deliverable timelines.
    • Carrying out additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:Experience:
  • Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
  • A minimum of one year of experience in document processing.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with MS Access is advantageous.
  • Understanding of technical and office-related terminology and practices.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new topics and challenges.

Education:
  • High School Diploma, Technical School Diploma, or GED certificate is required.
