Position Summary
We are seeking a qualified Home Care Warranty Specialist to represent Richmond American Homes to our customers via phone and in person, and to assist in remedying any Customer Service issues that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality control walks and orientations.
- Schedule worksite appointments with trades as needed.
- Verify completion of warranty work for customers.
- Partner with division Sales and Construction teams.
- Interact with RAH vendors and suppliers.
Requirements
Experience in Homebuilding, Construction, or Retail related customer service is desired. Successful candidates must be independent workers, customer-focused, and have a track record of effective problem-solving and decision-making accomplishments.
