Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Audiology Resource Coordinator to join our team at Sutter Health. This is a limited term position that offers a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to the audiology department, including clerical duties, prioritizing information, and maintaining confidentiality.

Focuses on topics related to hearing healthcare, including hearing aids, assistive listening devices, patient education, and community outreach.

Collaborates with staff, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.

Maintains accurate records and reports, adhering to all local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements:

2 years of recent relevant experience, including at least 1 year of experience working with hearing aid technology and the hard-of-hearing.

Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment related to hearing healthcare.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records (EHR).

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working 8 hours a day from Monday to Friday.

The salary range for this role is $32.71 to $40.86 per hour.
