Job Title: Primary Care LPN

Estimated Duration: 6 Months

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate

Schedule: 2-3 weekdays and every other weekend, 38-40 hours per week

Position Type: Full-time contingent role, starting at 30 hours per week with potential for up to 40 hours, may require flexibility to work at different locations and alternating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer vaccinations and injections, including influenza, COVID, and TB tests.
  • Perform vital sign assessments, phlebotomy blood draws, and Point of Care Testing.
  • Maintain accurate documentation within Electronic Medical Records.

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, including CPR and AED operation.
  • Ability to pass a FIT test and comply with safety protocols.

Licensure/Certifications:
  • Active and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the United States.
  • Phlebotomy certification or experience preferred; must complete internal training if not experienced.
  • Prior experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings is advantageous.

Educational Requirements:
  • Graduate from an accredited Practical or Vocational Nursing program.

Job Type: Contract

Compensation: $32.00 per hour

Expected Hours: 40 hours per week
