Job Summary

Sigma Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at our client's facility in Fort Smith, AR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day therapeutic intervention to individuals in the rehab environment
  • Maintain and accuracy of records in regard to patient care
  • Report billing information to the Director of Occupational Therapy
  • Provide direct patient care as prescribed, including evaluation and treatment planning
  • Participate in development and presentation of in-services for the facility
  • Supervise support personnel in immediate work areas
  • Perform clinical functions, including screens, evaluations, and delivery of treatment
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Certification in accordance with the American Occupational Therapy Association
  • Licensed by the State in the designated geographic area
  • Ability to perform minimal assist transfers
