Job Description:

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to children between birth and kindergarten age, with a focus on fine motor delays, sensory disorders, gross motor delays, speech-language delays, hearing disorders, feeding disorders, developmental delays, cognitive delays, and medical needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessing and treating children with various developmental disabilities and delays.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to promote optimal child development.
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, therapists, and nurses, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Providing educational training and support to families and caregivers on strategies for promoting child development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (OT) from an accredited program.
  • Current Arkansas license as an Occupational Therapist.
  • One year of successful experience in a similar position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
