We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our team at Ulta Beauty. As a Skincare Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality skincare treatments to our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Engage with guests, provide personalized skincare consultations, and recommend products and services to meet their needs.
- Skincare Treatments: Perform facials, waxing, ear piercing, and makeup applications, as well as face fit express facials from a mobile station in the store.
- Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales goals for skin services and skincare products, and contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhere to safety and sanitation procedures, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent, and a valid license in Esthetics or Cosmetology (as required by state law).
- Experience: Previous relevant work experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a skincare or makeup role.
- Skills: Proficiency in latest salon techniques for performing facials, skin analysis, and skincare machines, as well as makeup applications and facial waxing.
