Job Opportunity

Kimble & Company Fire Protection, a division of Endeavor Fire Protection Holdings LLC, is seeking a highly skilled Fire Protection Sales Representative to join our team. As a leading provider of fire and life safety services in Southern California, we offer a wide range of inspection, maintenance, repair, and installation services for portable fire extinguishers, fire sprinklers, fire alarms, emergency lighting, and plumbing systems.

We have a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction, and our clients include commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Our competitive compensation package includes a base salary plus commissions.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking
  • Build and maintain relationships with building owners, facility managers, and other key decision makers
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and quotes to customers
  • Negotiate and close sales deals
  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the service/technical team to resolve any service-related issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery
  • Stay current with industry trends and regulations related to fire safety

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant sales experience in the fire protection industry, preferably service, inspection, and fire alarm related sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of fire codes and regulations
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
