General Utility Lead Worker

At Aramark, we're looking for a General Utility Lead Worker to join our team. As a key member of our facilities team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our dishes, serveware, and equipment. This role involves overseeing the general utility operation, training and guiding staff on job duties and procedures, and ensuring the dishwashing station is always clean and well-maintained.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dishroom and surrounding areas
- Overseeing the dishwashing process to ensure dishes are washed, sanitized, and put away in a timely manner
- Training and guiding staff on dishwashing procedures and ensuring they understand the importance of cleanliness and safety
- Assisting with the maintenance and repair of equipment and reporting any issues to management
- Contributing to a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures
