Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Underground Cable Installation Specialist to join our team at Global Tech Utilities Inc. This position involves the installation and maintenance of cable drops for both residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute the installation of service drops to customers.
  • Restore properties post-installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and clearly mark existing underground cables as per guidelines.
  • Determine and mark locations for new cable installations.
  • Operate necessary equipment for locating and burying cables.
  • Support field personnel and customers with various tasks.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing appropriate safety gear.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in computer networking.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift and carry loads up to 95 lbs.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
Job Type

This is a full-time contract position with a daily pay range of $130 - $160.

Work Environment

The role requires working in various locations, ensuring flexibility and adaptability in different environments.
