Job Title: 1st Shift Packaging Line Mechanic

Denison Pharmaceuticals is seeking a skilled 1st Shift Packaging Line Mechanic to ensure the smooth operation of production and quality by maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment.

We are a leading provider of turnkey formulation, manufacturing, and packaging solutions for the OTC, Cosmetic, Homeopathic, and Pharmaceutical markets. Our products include liquids, creams, lotions, gels, and ointments.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of production type mechanical trouble-shooting experience and be able to work well with Quality Control Personnel at all times. The job requires documentation to be completed neatly and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain proper operation of production type machinery by completing preventive maintenance on filling, capping, labeling, and all types of packaging equipment.
  • Locate sources of problems by observing machine in operation to decide on the best course of action.
  • Have proven experience in pneumatic devices and electrical understanding is a plus.
  • Must have own tools and be able to work overtime when required.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Provide training to line workers on equipment and processes within assigned areas as required.
