About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our growing HR team at IT Concepts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure that all human resource files, records, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
  • HRIS Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to employees on our HR Information System applications and modules.
  • Answer Employee Questions: Respond to frequently asked questions from employees regarding standard policies, benefits, and HRIS navigation.
  • File Documents: File documents into appropriate employee files and maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Process HR Paperwork: Assist with processing HR paper-based mail and perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure compliance.
  • Organize Personnel Records: Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation within our HRIS.
  • Collect and Track HRIS Data: Collect and track HRIS data audits to support compliance, recordkeeping, and business development efforts.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our HR department, including recording meeting minutes and notetaking.
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation: Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding, including scheduling orientation and training sessions and attendance tracking.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide exemplary customer service support to internal and external customers and establish and maintain strong collaborative relationships with all employees.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal and Administrative Skills: Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and administrative skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Technical Skills: Be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including a working understanding of Excel spreadsheets, formulas, and reporting.
  • Payroll and HRIS Experience: Possess proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Demonstrate the ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Technology Proficiency: Possess proficiency with technology and the ability to pick up new software easily.
  • Proactivity and Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate proactiveness in providing solutions and willingness to research solutions and information.
  • Team Player: Be able to work with a fast-paced team and be a team player.
  • Desire to Grow: Possess a desire to grow within an HR-related field.
