We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meadow Park Care, a Caldera Care facility. As a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional, you will provide top-notch care to our residents, delivering the highest standards of excellence.

**Salary:** $32-$35 DOE

The successful candidate will have a current and valid LPN license, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations. They will be responsible for administering medications, recording vital signs, and providing health care instructions to patients and their families.

In addition to your clinical expertise, you will possess strong problem-solving abilities, an in-depth understanding of patient care policies and regulations, and physical strength and stamina. Your commitment to ongoing education and continuous learning will be essential in this role.
