Banner Health, a leading healthcare network, is seeking a skilled Full-Spectrum Orthopedic Surgeon to join its esteemed team at Sterling Regional Medical Center. This exciting opportunity presents the chance to excel in a smaller, close-knit community while benefiting from the resources and expertise of a Top 5 Large Health System.

This sought-after position offers a guarantee of $606K for 3 years, making it an attractive option for experienced professionals. The call schedule is manageable, with a 1:3 ratio for Level III Trauma Center, allowing for a better work-life balance. Clinic and surgery hours are Monday through Friday, with outreach opportunities to Eastern Plains locations in Colorado.

The ideal candidate will possess a fellowship-trained background in Bone and Joint or Sports Medicine, along with total joint experience. New graduates are also encouraged to apply, as Banner Health provides a supportive environment for professional growth and development.
