Core Responsibilities
  • Act as a strategic partner to management, spearheading investor outreach efforts.
  • Contribute to organizational growth through financial expertise and valuation insights.

Key Duties
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop materials for the annual investor conference.
  • Evaluate vendor information and research models to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Disclosure Regulations and other regulatory frameworks.
  • Establish and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for investor relations.
  • Prepare the executive team for quarterly earnings announcements, including script development and live Q&A sessions.
  • Oversee vendor estimates and consensus expectations, providing updates to the executive team as necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reports, SEC filings, and proxy statements.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the investor community, fostering strong stock market relationships.
  • Coordinate conferences, earnings calls, and investor meetings to enhance engagement.

  • Act as the main point of contact for investor inquiries and information dissemination.

  • Conduct benchmarking assessments within the sector.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; CPA/CFA preferred, MBA highly desirable.
  • Experience: 20+ years in finance, with at least 10 years specifically in investor relations.
  • Skills: Strong financial acumen with the ability to model current and future business scenarios.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP S4 Hana, BI Tools, and SQL is essential.
  • Analytical Skills: Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis for strategic decision-making.
  • Leadership: Strong executive presence with a track record of driving change and execution.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of public company SEC reporting requirements.
  • Scientific Communication: Ability to articulate complex scientific data to various audiences.
  • Work Environment: On-site position.
