We are seeking a full-time sales associate to join our team at The Domain store. Our ideal candidate will have fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience. As a Sales Associate at Ben Bridge Jeweler, you will be responsible for developing authentic relationships with customers, assessing their needs, and making personalized product recommendations. You will also be responsible for cultivating an in-depth knowledge of products and providing product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs and making personalized product recommendations
  • Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to all customers when presenting merchandise
  • Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company-supported technology
  • Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces

Requirements:

  • Goal-oriented and sales-driven with a passion to exceed

  • Commitment to outstanding customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and high integrity
  • Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
  • Bilingual is a plus but not required
  • Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

We offer a competitive hourly schedule, eligibility for health and welfare benefits, sales bonus, monthly incentives, and SPIFFs. Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training, and paid time off, such as vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty. Paid training includes certification from the Gemological Institute of America (following completion of one year of service time).
