Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly wash, rinse, and sanitize all baking equipment, utensils, and tools in accordance with company standards.
  • Regularly check sanitization levels to meet health and safety regulations.
  • Collect and dispose of waste, sweep and mop floors, and clean floor drains.
  • Conduct routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerators, coolers, and restrooms.
