Primary Objective:
We are in search of a Licensed Surveying Professional with diverse experience in field surveying, mapping, and construction staking. This role is crucial for the successful execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage field teams for various surveying tasks including photogrammetric and ground topography, boundary surveys, and construction staking.
  • Prepare mapping for subdivisions and draft legal descriptions.
  • Engage with potential clients, conducting research, preparing service scopes and budgets, and securing contracts.
  • Execute all types of field surveying, including error adjustments and boundary resolutions.
  • Utilize conventional and GPS equipment for surveys, including post-processing tasks.
  • Apply knowledge of the Public Land Survey System and boundary control principles.
  • Collaborate directly with partners and clients to fulfill construction surveying requirements and support engineering services.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and possess basic CAD mapping skills.
  • Experience with Civil3D and Autodesk Survey Databases is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Line Code Sets and Description Key Sets is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
