Respiratory Therapist II

Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care in a chronic hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in pulmonary care and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in accordance with JCAHO, State, Hospital, and Departmental Standards
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct routine assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Formal working knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college)
- American Heart Association BLS Certification
- MDBPQA Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner
