Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Safety Quality Supervisor to join our team at Ocean Spray. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the production of safe, high-quality products that meet our design limits and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and direct personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality standards and analysis programs to ensure compliance.
  • Assure regulatory, company standards, and quality programs are in place and implemented within a teamwork environment.
  • Use SPC tools to assist with process control, problem-solving, and process improvement.
  • Support the continuous training, record-keeping, and maintenance of food safety and quality practices within the plant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Advanced to expert knowledge of concepts within the area of quality assurance.
  • Significant influence and/or decision-maker on the design of processes/programs/projects.
  • Ability to solve complex problems in the area of quality assurance.
