About the RoleThis position requires a dedicated professional with excellent patient care skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality nursing services. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients, collaborating with families, and ensuring seamless communication among healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary nursing care to patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information and communicate effectively with colleagues and families.
- Participate in educational programs and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- A current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Rhode Island.
- CPR certification and any other necessary credentials for specialty areas.
- Proficiency in the English language.
