Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough screenings, evaluations, and treatment of patients.
  2. Perform evaluations promptly following physician referrals.
  3. Utilize appropriate assessment tools to complete comprehensive evaluations.
  4. Review patient histories to understand current conditions and previous medical issues.
  5. Set measurable objectives and create tailored treatment plans to enhance patient independence and functionality.
  6. Oversee the work of Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Technicians in patient care activities.

  9. Maintain accurate patient records reflecting treatment progress and updates.
  10. Engage in discussions with supervisors and team members regarding patient status and care strategies.
  11. Participate in patient care meetings and training sessions.
  12. Document clinical activities in accordance with regulatory and professional standards.
  13. Ensure timely completion of all required documentation to facilitate optimal patient care.
  14. Guide caregivers in implementing patient-specific maintenance programs.
  15. Contribute to discharge planning efforts.
  16. Act as a mentor for students from Physical Therapy or Assistant programs.
  17. Adhere to state regulations and national standards in Physical Therapy practice.
  18. Prioritize patient safety in all interactions.
  19. Travel between facilities as needed to provide patient care.
  20. Meet established productivity goals.
Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

1. Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
2. Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
3. Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities relevant to the role.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage positively with patients and staff.
6. Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
7. Capable of fulfilling job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
