Medical Director Opportunity in Northwest Indiana

As a medical director in our Neurology department, you will have the opportunity to design your practice around your personal goals and interests. We encourage subspecialty interest and offer a unique work structure that is conducive to utilizing all your skills.
Estimated Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per yearOur highly competitive salary offers are based on MGMA guidelines and take into account your level of experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

This full-time/permanent position involves a mix of inpatient and outpatient practice, with approximately 15-25 clinic patients per day. You will be working Monday through Friday, with a 1 in 6 call rotation. We use EPIC EMR to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must be board certified or eligible in neurology. A strong commitment to patient care and a team-oriented approach are essential. You should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
