Medical Director Opportunity in Northwest Indiana

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Director to join our team at Physician Empire. This is an exciting opportunity for a pediatrician to lead and contribute to the growth of our medical practice.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and driving business growth through strategic planning and implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Maintain strong relationships with hospital administrators and other stakeholders
- Board certification in Pediatrics (BE/BC)
- Current licensure in the state of Indiana
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMRs)
