Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Ethical Compliance Specialist to join our Consumer Goods Division. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for auditing the manufacturing sites of our clients' suppliers, ensuring compliance with international standards and client procedures. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us deliver safe, quality, and ethically made products to consumers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Audit manufacturing sites to ensure compliance with international standards and client procedures
  • Conduct thorough investigations, recording all findings in detailed reports
  • Approach audits with utmost integrity, considering the lasting consequences for suppliers, factory staff, and clients
Requirements
  • Higher education degree in Engineering, Law, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related major
  • APSCA registered at CSCA level (Mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of SA8000/ISO14001/ICTI/C-TPAT/WRAP/BSCI
  • Work experience in 3rd party auditing
  • Experience in Social Audits
  • SMETA/BSCI/SA8000/WRAP or mixed audits done in recent 12 months
  • Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
