CNC Machine Operator

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
As a CNC Machine Operator, you will work with precision and accuracy to produce high-quality products. You will interpret blueprints, set up machines according to specifications, and monitor the machining process for any issues or defects.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and calibrate CNC machines according to specifications
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machine settings and sequences
- Monitor the machining process to ensure products are produced to specifications
- Inspect finished products for defects or issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve any errors or malfunctions that may occur
- Maintain and clean machines regularly to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator
- Solid understanding of CNC programming and machining techniques
- Strong knowledge of materials used in machining processes
- Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude
