Compensation and Benefits

Annual Base Salary plus Commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and devise sales tactics
  • Advise clients on various insurance offerings and coverage possibilities
  • Work alongside underwriters to finalize terms and conditions
  • Engage with prospects through calls, texts, and emails to discuss quotes.

Qualifications

Candidates must obtain and maintain the Property & Casualty License within a specified timeframe upon hiring if not already acquired.
