Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the development and maintenance of PALCSchool Google Calendars (schoolwide, staff, ALT PTO) as well as the Chief Academic Officer's calendar(s).
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and special events, as directed by the Chief Academic Officer.
- Maintain Academic Leadership Team meeting agendas.
- Create and maintain files and accurate record-keeping systems.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- High degree of organization, both in time and project management.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences.
