  • We are seeking an accomplished Financial Analyst II to join our team in Washington, DC, supporting a government contract.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary Duties
  • Support the comptroller office by utilizing DoN tools in budget, execution, and reporting, including Navy ERP, Business Warehouse, Enterprise Data Warehouse, and other associated tools.
  • Collaborate with experienced accountants in various accounting assignments, such as voucher preparation, analysis, review, verification, and reconciliation.
  • Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, reports, and forms as needed by the Comptroller.
  • Review and reconcile Unliquidated Obligations (ULOs) and unmatched disbursements (UMDs), and reconcile accounting discrepancies across multiple systems.
  • Prepare documentation to justify corrections and submit packages to resolve identified discrepancies.
Requirements
  • A Secret Clearance is required.
  • Must be able to work a hybrid schedule.
  • 2-4 years of financial experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management Information Technology, Mathematics, or Business Administration.

  • Ability to work independently and multi-task.
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and other relevant/related database products.
