Job Overview

As an Autonomous Behavioral Therapist for a kindergarten student, you will play a vital role in addressing trauma, aggression, bolting, and flopping behaviors. This 1:1 position offers a dynamic and supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities
  • Provide behavior therapy and interventions tailored to the child's needs.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies and reinforce positive actions to stabilize challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to assess, plan, and track progress on goals.
  • Work closely with parents and educators to provide comprehensive care and support.
Qualifications
  • An active RBT certification in Massachusetts is required.
  • Experience working with children who have faced trauma and behavioral challenges is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills in Portuguese are a plus but not necessary.
