Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate ABA Therapist to join our team in Massachusetts. As a Registered Behavior Technician - RBT, you will play a vital role in implementing behavior intervention plans, collecting and recording data on individual progress, conducting functional assessments, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans in a 1:1 learning environment directly in the child's home
• Collect and record data on individual progress
• Conduct functional assessments
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Establish competent learner skills to prepare children for effective functioning in both home and community-based settings

Requirements

• High school or equivalent
• 1 year of ABA therapy, paraprofessional, childcare, teaching, special needs, or other relative experience with children
• Experience working with individuals with special needs or disabilities
• Ability to obtain a CPR/BLS certificate
• Effective written communication skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• This role requires the ability to bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
• Candidates should be prepared to work on their feet for extended periods and may occasionally need to work on the floor
• You will have to move quickly at times to ensure clients are safe

Preferred Qualifications

• RBT license
