Job Title: Retail Associate - Office Assistant

Amaxx, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Associate - Office Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our retail and operational functions, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is fully stocked, tidy, and ready to welcome customers while also curating attractive displays that draw attention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the store is fully stocked and tidy at all times
  • Curate attractive displays that draw attention
  • Maintain our social media presence, showcasing new products and promotions
  • Handle incoming calls, update paperwork, and maintain an organized filing system
  • Order materials and research parts to support our garage mechanics
  • Manage inventory and coordinate community events
  • Assist with banking deposits, maintain office cleanliness, and keep our supply inventory well-stocked
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to perform retail duties, clerical tasks, and light office work
  • Physical ability to stock and restock shelves
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly dependable and self-motivated
