In beBee Professionals, we are seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to fill this challenging role in Watsonville, United States. As a critical member of our team, you will assess and treat individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in various settings.

Role Overview:

This position requires a skilled professional to evaluate patients with communication disorders, develop personalized treatment plans, and work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients with speech, language, and communication disorders to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans to enhance communication skills.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and progress reports.
  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families on effective communication strategies.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A current SLP license in the United States, valid for practice.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with patients and colleagues.
  • Experience working with pediatric and adult populations, applying knowledge of developmentally appropriate communication techniques.
  • The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) CCC-SLP certification is highly valued but not required.
Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000-$85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits that include:
