Job Title: Plumbing Specialist

The Mr. Rooter of Watsonville team is seeking a skilled Plumbing Specialist to join our crew. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing underground pipes and conduits, manual labor, and shovel work. This role requires excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently, and strong communication skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, plus benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick days after 3 months of employment, PTO days that accumulate with years employed, flexible hours available: days, nights, and weekends, and the opportunity to work as part of a friendly family-owned business.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in water line re-pipe and trenchless sewer line replacement.
  • Excellent pay and benefits package.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean record.
Physical Demands:

Moving tools and equipment in and out of customers' homes, standing, walking, sitting, talking or listening for long periods of time, lifting/moving up to 200lbs, loading and stacking heavy boxes.
