REQUIREMENTS:
Active Secret clearance
Proficient O365 Engineer
Over 10 years of comprehensive IT experience
Minimum of 3 years in automation platforms and scalable solution design
Extensive experience in MS 365 / Azure cloud environments
Automation of tenant configurations utilizing Microsoft 365 API endpoints and PowerShell Modules along with Power Platform
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Management Interfaces
Experience with distributed version control systems (e.g., Git) for configuration management
Knowledge of CI/CD processes
Policy as Code (PaC) using tools like Ansible, Terraform, M365DSC, etc.
Experience in Agile/SCRUM methodologies
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
Active Security+ certification
Bachelor's Degree

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will provide automation support for governmental clients.
Adhere to software development best practices to enhance collaboration, feature development, issue tracking, testing, and deployment processes.
Implement automation for tenant management and related tasks through Power Platform, PowerShell, APIs, etc.
Utilize parameter-driven, declarative syntax models to enhance flexibility and simplicity for subscribing organizations.
Deliver top-tier technical expertise, including in-depth software systems programming and analysis.
Design architectures encompassing software, hardware, and communications to meet current technical specifications while ensuring relevance and adaptability for future requirements.
Ensure systems comply with DoD architecture standards.
Identify high-level functional and technical requirements through user community interactions and knowledge of enterprise architectures.
Collaborate with project management to establish project timelines and technical direction.
Create software design documents and technology white papers, playing a key role in the selection of development tools.
Develop high-level system design diagrams, testing protocols, and documentation.
