Job Title: Facilities Manager

About the Role:
The Park Cities Baptist Church is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Manager to lead our Properties and Services team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and care of our campus, ensuring that it remains clean, safe, functional, and worshipful.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and Care: Perform regular inspections and oversee the upkeep of our physical property, including undeveloped land.
  • Asset Management: Develop and maintain documented schedules for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, including logs and reports with convenient access.
  • Vendor Management: Obtain bid proposals from vendors and contractors for services performed on behalf of the church, ensuring competitive bids.
  • Financial Management: Manage approved budgets within established guidelines, creating replacement cost schedules and forecasts.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff in maintaining facilities, inspiring a culture of service to create a welcoming environment.

Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Construction or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or industry-recognized licenses.
  • Property management experience for properties over 300,000 sf.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, knowledge of Asana, AutoCAD, and MS Project helpful.
  • Candidate should have good people and situational de-escalation skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Estimated Salary:$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
