About the Position

The primary function of the Behavioral Health Registered Nurse is to provide high-quality psychiatric evaluation and therapy to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

As a key member of the interdisciplinary team, the BHRN coordinates care with the patient, family, and referring agency, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal outcomes.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program: A degree from an accredited diploma, Associate, or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
  • 1-2 Years of Nursing Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an acute treatment unit in a psychiatric hospital, psychiatric home care, or other outpatient psychiatric service.
  • Current State License: A current state license as a Registered Nurse.
  • Current Driver's License: A valid and current driver's license.
  • Proof of CPR and Hepatitis Consent: Proof of current CPR and Hepatitis consent/declination.
  • Reliable Transportation: Reliable transportation with valid and current auto liability insurance.
