Pediatric Home Health Nursing Opportunity

MVP Pediatric Home Health Corp is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN/LVN to join our team in providing high-quality care to pediatric patients in their homes.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated RN/LVN to provide nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, as outlined in their care plans
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the clinical supervisor and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in patient assessment, planning, and evaluation, as well as provide education to patients and their families
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
Requirements
  • Current Nursing License in Texas (RN or LVN)
  • Current Texas driver's license
  • Self-motivator and require little supervision
  • Proof of current and agency-accepted CPR
