- Create and manage Group Policy objects to enhance system performance and security.
- Support Microsoft Office 365 applications and maintain Active Directory user accounts.
- Oversee hardware and software asset management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Lead technology projects and deployments, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, including Intune and Windows Analytics.
- Provide support for Virtual Private Network (VPN) clients and A/V equipment.
- Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Desktop Engineering role is essential.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PC virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Experience in the banking sector is advantageous.
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
