About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney to join our team in Denver. As a key member of our commercial litigation practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of cases, with a particular emphasis on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, and franchising.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent clients in all aspects of commercial and civil litigation, including franchising matters and bankruptcy proceedings.
  • Provide legal counsel on franchising matters, including drafting franchise agreements and advising on franchise law.
  • Manage your own caseload, including conducting research, drafting legal documents, and preparing for and attending court hearings and trials.
  • Collaborate effectively with a team of attorneys to develop legal strategies and ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in commercial and civil litigation law, bankruptcy law, and franchise law.
Requirements
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Associate Attorney experience, with a background in franchising and bankruptcy.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a diverse caseload.
  • Excellent research, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively articulate complex legal concepts.
