Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Management Executive to join our team at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council. As a key member of our Global Retail Policy team, you will be responsible for leading strategic risk management initiatives and conducting in-depth analyses to support our global unsecured portfolio oversight teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead strategic initiatives and conduct analyses on a global and portfolio basis to identify best practices and policy gaps.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance oversight tools and processes, and provide effective challenge of proposed new initiatives and strategy changes.
  • Liaise with Enterprise Risk Management teams and other business lines and functions to ensure alignment and effective risk management.
  • Develop and maintain policy-related processes, and design and implement incremental processes as needed to monitor adherence to Retail Credit Risk Policy.
  • Assist in revising Retail Credit Risk Policy as needed, and participate in program, process, or product reviews to identify best practices and policy gaps.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in retail credit risk management, preferably with multiple retail lending products and functions across the full consumer credit life cycle.
  • Strong analytic skills, with knowledge of Tableau and other Business Intelligence platforms a plus.
  • Familiarity with Citi systems and Retail Credit Risk Policy a strong plus.
  • Ability to digest and synthesize disparate data, prioritize and drive results, and work well under pressure with short deadlines and little supervision or direction.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, risk and financial analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, with a strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
