We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician (40 hours per week) to support one of our premier residential communities.

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibility will be the maintenance and repair of the residential community. This encompasses delivering outstanding service to residents, ensuring timely completion of service requests, and conducting preventative maintenance and unit inspections as directed by the Community Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute service requests, preventative maintenance, and unit repairs as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Community Director.
  • Conduct necessary property and unit inspections and ensure timely completion of any follow-up tasks.
  • Deliver high-quality and professional service to residents.
  • Maintain cleanliness of all equipment, vehicles, and work areas.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in maintenance, construction, skilled trades, or home repair is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate for a fulfilling career in property management.
  • Ability to frequently lift or push up to 50 lbs., occasionally lift up to 75 lbs., kneel, crouch, climb, crawl, and work in various weather conditions.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation.

WORKING HOURS:
