Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders, stocking and securing pharmacy supplies, and completing paperwork and documentation.
- Organize and maintain the pharmacy area, following company procedures and utilizing equipment appropriately.
We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $18.50-$22.50, with additional compensation in the form of premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance, as well as paid time off, parental leave, and family care leave.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a pharmacy or retail setting, as well as certification as a pharmacy technician.
