Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Manager:

  • Support the Controller in all accounting functions, including month-end closing, journal entries, account reconciliations, and the preparation of precise financial statements. Additionally, assist the CFO with Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • Work alongside the Private Equity Group and the CFO to facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and financial assessments.
  • Conduct weekly cash flow projections to enhance cash management and ensure effective working capital utilization.
  • Cross-train and provide backup support for Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll as necessary.
  • Undertake additional duties as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting; an MBA or CPA designation is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel, including familiarity with pivot tables.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial forecasting and budgeting.
